There are times in our lives when we feel lost, unsure of ourselves and lose sight of our abilities as moms or as a person. Have you been in the same spot for so long that it begins to feel like your second skin? Have you been on mommy duty and feel underappreciated? Do you feel drained with being everything to everybody? Life throws a lot of these circumstances our way and if we allow our minds to ponder on them long enough, we will lose sight of what matters most and give up on ourselves.

What you need to get you through this dark tunnel is courage, if you can muster enough strength to keep going even when it looks like you are not making any headway, you will leave the dark times behind soon enough.

As long as you are alive, there will always be phases of challenges to get through. When I find myself in circumstances where no matter how hard I try I'm still stuck, I like to read words of encouragement from the Bible and women like me who have also been through difficult times and yet persevered.

This is the reason why I put together some quotes from women and the Bible to remind you that there are other people on this journey even when you feel so alone. I hope these quotes lift your spirits and remind you that you are enough. Happy reading!
